Ingredients

- 2 large potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Optional seasonings (e.g., garlic powder, paprika, cayenne)
Instructions
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
- Slice them thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Soak the sliced potatoes in a bowl of cold water for 30 minutes.
- Drain the water and pat the slices dry with paper towels.
- Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- Toss the dried potato slices with olive oil and any desired seasonings.
- Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove the chips, sprinkle with salt to taste, and serve immediately.
Notes
Use Russet potatoes for the best crunch. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
