- 12 thawed frozen dinner roll dough balls
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 2–3 tablespoons canola oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Shape the dough by cutting each roll in half and rolling each half into a 6-inch-long snake.
- Twist the dough by wrapping one snake around the other.
- Brush each twist lightly with canola oil.
- Let the twisted dough sit for 15 minutes to puff slightly.
- Air fry the twists at 375°F for about 7 minutes, flip, and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Make the dip by whisking cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
- Serve the warm twists immediately with the cream cheese dip on the side.
Notes
For a lighter option, use coconut oil instead of canola oil. Customize the cinnamon sugar mix with nutmeg or cardamom for added flavor.
